manuscript on buff paper, comprising lines of minute black naskh forming the shape of a camel, the hooves, eye and ear in gold, two palm trees drawn in gold and black to the left, wide black and gold margin, signed in gold by Nishapuri and dated AH 1319/1901-2 AD, mounted, framed and glazed, leaf 17½ x 21¼in. (45 x 54.2cm.) and a CALLIGRAPHIC LION, similar, signed in gold by Muhammad 'Ali al-Shirazi and dated AH 1307/1889 AD, mounted, framed and glazed, leaf 17 x 22½in. (43.4 x 57cm.) (2)
