Titles in red and black within woodcut border, headings and initials in red (lacks final ?blank leaf, two leaves of index from another copy, some leaves slightly waterstained). Contemporary blindstamped vellum with the initials 'LMA' dated 1555, over wooden boards (rather soiled, lacks clasps). Provenance: various inscriptions and gloss in different hands; Six van Hillegom (bookplate); Robert Edward Way (bookplate). Adams P-1223.
