INDENTThe certificate states: "That the thanks of the Committee be presented to H.Lobb A.B. of the Leyland Line "Napierian" with the Society's Bronze medal for gallant service as one of the lifeboat's crew in rescuing 12 members of the crew of the Greek S.S. "Menelaos" which was in a disabled and sinking condition during heavy weather in the English channel near the Isle of Wight on the 2nd November, l930"
