INDENT Temporary Second Lieutenant Harold Nicholson Lewis was wounded 9 August, 1916 whilst serving as Lance Corporal with the 10th Liverpools (M.M.) and was killed in action when attached to the 17th Lancashire Fusiliers 18 October, 1917

Second Lieutenant Ralph Thomas Barnett of Southport, Lancshire was killed in action at Transloy Ridge 12 October, 1916 and is commemorated on the Thiepval Memorial
