A GEORGE JONES MAJOLICA CHAMBER-STICK with a branch-moulded loop handle and blossoming terminals, the domed centre modelled with a nozzle bound with a yellow tassel within a wreath of spiralling strawberry leaves and a white border, a stump to hold a snuffer modelled within a yellow line rim, the underside with a green and brown tortoiseshell glaze (chip to rim of nozzle, slight glaze crazing), moulded monogram on an applied lilac pad, circa 1870
