6 volumes, 4° (225 x 170mm.), engraved title (shaved), 5 printed titles, 47 engraved folding maps, 3 folding plates and 36 engraved tables of road distances, one folding, (map of Middlesex detached; index of residents of Cheshire with foremargins gnawed away with some loss of text; some discolouration in volume II). Contemporary panelled calf, engraved armorial bookplate of Richard Jackson D.D.

Uncoloured reprints of Morden's maps of the counties of England (excluding Wales) issued in 1701, and including 5 new maps by H. Moll and others. Morden's map of England is not present and there is an addition map of the Fens not called for by Chubb. See Chubb cxxvii. Sold as an atlas, not subject to return.
