A DUTCH-ENGRAVED 'FRIENDSHIP' COMPOSITE-STEMMED GOBLET, the round funnel bowl engraved with two clasped hands emerging from cloud scrolls within an oval foliate cartouche and inscribed above VRIEND SCHAP on a ribbon cartouche suspending foliate swags, the stem with a waist-knopped section filled with airtwist spirals set onto a beaded shoulder-knopped section terminating in a basal knop, on a conical foot (small chip to underside of foot), circa 1750
