General title within historiated woodcut border, 14 parts, 11 with separate titles (the first A1 has been cancelled), numerous woodcut illustrations and vignettes (extreme outer margin of title and dedication neatly repaired). Antique-style blind-stamped morocco, spine lettered in gilt, g.e. by Riviere. Provenance: Oliver Brett (armorial bookplate).
