Note: The varieties of the 90c. surcharge have been extensively described in 'Bermuda Post' July 1987 p.5 and April 1988 pp.28-30. In spite of what is stated in these articles, it is now thought that only four sheets exist with the variety surcharge double. The majority of the stamps exist as singles and consequently blocks are uncommon. An imprint block may be considered rare. A total of 200 stamps with surcharge double exist.
