The arched moulded cornice centred by a roundel, above a pair of geometrically-glazed doors, with silk-backed interior and two adjustable shelves, above a leather-lined secretaire-drawer enclosing a fitted interior of drawers and pigeon-holes, the lower section with a pair of panelled doors enclosing three slides, on tapering bracket feet, with paper label inside inscribed 'Antique Furniture, Period SHERATON Circa 1790 Wood Mahogany From NORMAN ADAMS, Ltd., 8-10 Hans Road, S.W. 3', one drawer inscribed in ink 'G-KEN-11'
