The rectangular divided plate within a pierced foliate and rocaille frame, the sides with vine-wrapped fluted pilasters and the apron centred by symmetrical C-scrolls and leaf sprays, the cresting surmounted by scrolling foliage suspending icicles above further symmetrical C-scrolls, re-gilt, the lower plate later

Acquired circa 1920 by the vendor's grandfather.
