Lot Essay

Naomitsu was born in 1733 and became a student of Noamasa in 1750 at the age of 18. He was later adopted and inherited the family business. Apart from being one of the greatest metalworkers, he had a good understanding of tea ceremony etiquette and was occasionally invited to visit the daimyo of Hoshina and Soma.
