Lot Essay

Part of the character of an Owari koshirae is to mount a fuchi that is large with a small kashira, giving the tsuka the required form.

The Owari koshirae kodogu are divided into two types or fashion. The first is after Iwata Norisuke who tried to promote the province's great iron work; Kanayama and Yagyu. The other is kinko style using iroe and nunome like this example.
