A MEISSEN CHINOISERIE TEABOWL AND SAUCER painted in the manner of Adam Friedrich von Löwenfinck in a bright famille rose palette with four children playing leap-frog among flowering plants, a blue and red bird in flight above, chocolate line rims (slight rim blemishes to the teabowl, footrim chips to saucer, yellow enamel slightly flaked, two small glaze blemishes to right of saucer), blue caduceus mark to teabowl and blue crossed swords mark to saucer, Dreher's ** to both pieces, circa 1735
