Kändler to left and right, their brown bodies with divided black edged crests striped black and white wings and black tails astride tapering berried tree-trunks applied with flowers, mushrooms and foliage on ormolu scrolling foliage bases (the right hand bird with restored beak and with repair and damage to left foot, left hand bird with minor restoration to both feet, both with some minor chipping and repair to applied foliage, flowers and berries), the right hand bird with blue crossed swords mark at back, circa 1740, the ormolu 19th century
