Large iron in low relief with stylised flowers, signed Tanshu ju Sadamasa, 17th century; oval shakudo pierced and carved with a flower raft and cherry blossom, gilt details, Bushu school, 19th century; large rounded mokkogata iron katchushi pierced with a vase, mon and udenuki-ana, with later hitsu-ana, 16th century; thick oval iron decorated with a sheaf of corn in gilt takazogan, the hitsu-ana with stamped plugs, signed Umetada Naritaka and kao, 18th century; rounded sentoku with Shoki and oni in takabori, copper and gilt details, Nara Tsuneshige school, 18th century; mokkogata Heianjo brass inlaid with two ni-o; another with an inlaid geometrical design, both 17th century; shakudo formed as an aoi leaf, the veins in gold hirazogan; iron formed as an ox with a boy riding it, the eyes in shibuichi and shakudo zogan, signed with a gilt seal Masayoshi; oval iron formed as a coiled rope, probably Satsuma school; oval iron pierced and lightly carved with a geometric design, gilt details, signed Bushu ju Masakuni; round iron lightly carved with baskets, gilt details, signed Joshu ju Tomonori; oval iron formed as three cranes, gilt details; mokkogata iron Namban; the last seven all 19th century
