A MEISSEN GROUP OF THREE VINTNERS wearing 18th Century-style striped and flowered dress, modelled as a young man standing holding a basket of grapes behind his two seated companions flanking a wine-barrel, the girl filling a bottle from the tap, the boy up-ending a bottle, on high rockwork modelled with trees and a pannier of grapes, on a circular base moulded with a band of lozenges (neck of girl restored, chips to branches and leaves, one basket handle lacking), blue crossed swords mark, Pressnummer 145, incised C. 65., painted number 20, circa 1880
