Meiji period (1868-1912)
Decorated with eight fans, scattered over a sparse nashiji ground, the designs on the fans are: a carp leaping upstream past a jakago; a cherry tree in blossom (with two unusual aogai uchikomi as enrichments); peonies in bloom; a pair of cranes in a Rimpa-style river; snow-laden bamboo and a brushwood fence; autumn grasses and Shinobugusa fern, the interior is of a slightly denser nashiji, than the ground of the exterior, and the base slightly sparser.
