A GERMAN SILVER-MOUNTED PERCUSSION HOLSTER PISTOL, converted from flintlock, with reblued sighted barrel signed and inlaid with strapwork in silver, and with brass-lined maker's stamp at the breech (Neue Støckel 624) and folding back-sight, reblued tang numbered 2, rounded lock with traces of signature, carved figured walnut full stock (cracked below the lock) and full silver mounts of shaped outline including vacant escutcheon, horn fore-end tip, original horn-tipped ramrod (incomplete), set trigger, and original cloth-covered barrel plug, by Johann Andreas Kuchenreuter, Steinweg bei Regensburg, circa 1780
