A FINE MINA'I POTTERY BOWL of rounded form on short central spreading foot, the white interior painted in blue, turquoise, red and black with a scrolling arabesque and split palmette design radiating on a hexagonal lattice and enclosing panels with raised centres overlaid with gold, the rim with arabesque vine around a blue repeated kufic inscription, the exterior with lobed arabesque panels under a simplified arcaded band, circa 1200 (minor repairs, glaze in excellent condition)
