The arms are those of King quartering another with Byron in pretence for William, 8th Baron King (1805-1893) and his wife Hon. Ada Augusta Byron, only child of George Gordon, 6th Baron Byron (1788-1824), the poet, whom he married in 1835. He was created 1st Earl of Lovelace in 1838
