A DUTCH OCTAGONAL CENTREPIECE, with ovolo borders, later applied with four shell and scroll feet, Rococo cartouches each engraved with a coat-of-arms and crest and four candle branch sockets, each with scroll branch terminating in a fluted shaped circluar drip pna, vase-shaped socket and plain detachable nozzle each engraved with crest, the centrepiece by Albert de Thomese, the Hague, 1715, the additions probably English, circa 1750
