A GEORGE II OIL AND VINEGER STAND, on four mask and paw feet and with leaf-capped double scroll handle, the octagonal bottle holders pierced with pillars, scrolls and strapwork and with octagonal caster holder, fitted with two octagonal silver-mounted glass bottles, each with double scroll handle, curved spout and hinged domed cover with baluster finial, the mounts engraved with diaper-work and a plain octagonal caster with domed cover baluster finial, each engraved with a crest, by John White, circa 1735, the stand with maker's mark struck three times and and lion passant only, the bottle mounts unmarked, the caster with indistinct marks only
