FIRST EDITION, SPECIAL ISSUE WITH COLOURED PLATES, the list of plates with the second plate correctly paginated. This copy has loosely inserted a carbon telegram to the Press Association dated Blackburn 21 April 1887 concerning the Colonial Conference and Australian land defence and American and Colonial sympathy with Irish people in crisis.
