Höroldt, with chinoiserie figures at various pursuits including sleeping, playing games, training a bird and cooking among flowering shrubs and rocks on terraces within shaped gilt cartouches with Böttger lustre panels and iron-red scrolling foliage, the borders with a band of gilt trellis and the gilt scroll handles flanked by indianische Blumen, the knob finial and rim of the cover richly gilt (chips to inside rim of cover, minor rubbing to gilding on handles and rim of cover), blue crossed swords mark, circa 1728
