A PAIR OF IRISH PERCUSSION DUELLING PISTOLS, converted from flintlock, with octagonal rebrowned twist barrels, each with silver fore-sight, engraved case-hardened breeches and tangs, scroll engraved bolted case-hardened locks each signed within a gold inlaid oval (rubbed), figured walnut half-stocks, chequered butts, one with later steel aperture for a shoulder stock, engraved blued steel mounts including spur trigger-guards with pineapple finial and butt-caps, set triggers, vacant silver escutcheons, horn fore-end caps, bone-tipped wooden ramrods, and some original finish: in relined and fitted brass-mounted mahogany case with some accessories including embossed copper flask, blued steel skeleton shoulder stock and brass bullet mould for four large and eight small rounds, engraved 'Ge.
