AN IRREGULARLY SHAPED IRON TSUBA, the thick plate slightly dished and carved in yosukashi with the tsurumaru design of a single crane, (slightly pitted), late 18th/early 19th century, 8.3cm.; a circular iron tsuba, inlaid in iroe takazogan with a bird and flowering plants, signed Naoyuki saku, Hanano style, 18th century, 6.5cm.; and an oval shibuichi tsuba crved in katakiri with Hotei and his sack, signed Soichi, Yokoya school, 19th century, 7.2cm.
