PRINTED ON VELLUM, 104 leaves, A-N8, 26 lines, title with printer's device, verso with large cut of anatomical man, 18 large metalcuts, the Annunciation with minor green wash, 33 smaller cuts, each page with printed borders of flowers, mythical animals, feasts and other decorations, one- and two-line initials heightened with gold on red or blue ground.
