Two manuscript Notarial records, the first ca. 1545-1616, including deeds and inventories relating to property and inheritances mostly in the Guadagna family of Florence, written in several hands, in Latin and Italian, on vellum, approximately 280 pages, 4° (300 x 220 mm) contemporary vellum, inscribed on upper cover 'A' and 'Capetta 11 no. 9'; the second, 1732, an inventory of the furniture, jewels, silver, manuscripts and other property of the late Carlo Strozzi in his palace in Florence, and in villas at Bellosguardo, San Casciano and elsewhere, in Italian, approximately 96 pages, and 70 pages of 17th-century inventories and transcripts of legal documents relating to the Strozzi family, 4° (300 x 220 mm) contemporary vellum, (discoloured, worn)..
