Patek Philippe & Co., Geneve No.104586: A ladies fine and rare gold, enamel and stone-set keyless pendant watch, the case with floral decoration in high relief set with diamonds, enamel decoration to the band, the pierced rear cover with chased and engraved floral decoration centred by red and white enamelled leaf set with an emerald and diamonds to the rim, revealing the pale blue guilloche enamel cuvette, the signed white enamel dial with Arabic numerals, the signed and numbered nickel-plated bar movement jewelled to the centre with bi-metallic balance and counterpoised lever escapement and wolf-tooth winding, with similarly decorated pendant set with an emerald, diamonds and a sapphire, with original leather covered presentation box, spare glass and certificate of origin, dated 4th August 1896
