A George III mahogany longcase clock, the case on bracket feet with raised shaped panel to the plinth, brass-capped reeded 1/4-columns flanking the trunk door with shaped top and escutcheon, the hood with detached brass-capped reeded columns and with swan-neck pediment, the painted dial signed Philip Bromyard within the centre with subsidiary seconds ring, Roman and Arabic chapter ring, rolling moonphase in the arch, the four pillar rack striking movement with anchor escapement
