SPANISH, LATE 15TH OR EARLY 16TH CENTURY

Set with pastes and silver repoussé roundels on one side, and with a hinged door to enclose a relic, the other side engraved with the four symbols of the four evangelists, and an angel holding up the Veil of St. Veronica.
Four pastes and two roundels missing; damages; on an associated, lobed gilt-copper base.
