A GEORGE III MAHOGANY BOOKCASE, with inverted breakfront stepped dentil cornice above a part-reeded frieze punctuated with paterae roundels, the open tripartite body with four moulded shelves divided by moulded uprights between panelled pilaster strips, the base section with floral paterae frieze above three pairs of panelled doors, the two flanking pairs opening as one door and enclosing a fitted interior of one shelf, upon a moulded plinth and later brown-painted base, previously the centre section of a breakfront-bookcase, some of the backboards replaced 132½in. (337cm.) wide; 108¾in. (276cm.) high; 20½in. (52cm.) deep
