A VIENNA-STYLE ORANGE-GROUND CIRCULAR DISH, the centre painted with four children playing around a waterfall within a ciselé gilt shaped-rectangular cartouche, the ground further enriched in gilding with arabesques and with vases within lilac-ground elliptical-shaped medallions, the border gilt with vases of flowers, scrolling foliage and confronting griffins within purple, lilac and claret cartouches (minor wear to gilding at rim), indistinct artist's signature, blue beehive mark, circa 1890
