George Henry Stevens of Stafford Row, Pimlico was a designer and manufacturer of mosiac glass inlay and imitation marble. He exhibited at the Great Exhibition, London in 1851 (see Exhibition Catalogue, Class 30-Sculpture, Models, p. 830, entry 158). In the Art Journal catalogue for this exhibition, a large mosiac table is illustrated by him, which was sold at Christie's, London, 29th October, 1992, lot 80. He is also recorded in the catalogue of The International Exhibition of 1862 in London.
