Previously identified as 'The Toll Gate, Abingdon'. The reverse of the drawing has been used by the artist as a palette and there is also a list in his hand which reads '3 P^r Stockings/3 Neckcloths/2 Shirt/2 Waistcoats/4 Pack (?)'.
