woodcut, 1920, on firm grey card, title, text on cream, orange, and brownish wove papers and one woodcut, six lithographic reproductions, and eight photographic reproductions tipped in, a copy from the unsigned and unnumbered edition (there were also approximately twenty signed copies in the de luxe edition), with margins, the pages brittle at the sheet edges, some loose from the spine, bound in brown paper boards with woodcut and 'dadameter' on cover, some discolouration, scuffed and other defects at the sheet edges
