Woodcut printer's devices on titles, 1 folding woodcut map of Northern Europe (repaired along fold), 2 folding engraved plates of monuments (neat repair to one), engraved and woodcut illustrations, 1 full-page. 17th-century mottled calf, spine gilt (small splits in joints).

First edition thus. It is clear from the list of contents on the verso of the first title that this collection of works is as issued. It includes the sheets of two works that were issued independently in 1584 (cf. Adams D-697; O-349). The texts included are:
