Volume I only (of 2), oblong 4° (205 x 275mm.). Engraved throughout, general title, mezzotint portrait (very slightly shaved), 6 section titles, contents leaf and 100 views. Contemporary patterned boards (backstrip slightly split and chipped).
A fine collection of plates. The parts were also issued separately and each one illustrates a single house or palace. A second series of 100 views was published in 1702.
