Lot Essay

Henrietta was the daughter of Thomas, Earl of Ossory, and his wife, Lady Amelia de Nassau, eldest daughter of Henry Nassau, Lord Auverquerque. On 12 January 1697 she married Henry d'Auverquerque, Baron Alford, Viscount Boston and Earl of Grantham; they had several children. She died on 11 October 1724 and was buried at Westminster.
