Briton" and "Registered" addressed to London, bearing 6d. bright mauve, single with good margins except at foot where just cut into and at right corner where touched/just cut into, and rectangular 1/- green horizontal pair, minute corner crease, all tied by "REGISTERED/14 JU 65/CAPE TOWN CAPE COLONY" pointed oval d.s., the pair additionally tied by "REGISTERED/CP/18 JY 65/LONDON" oval d.s. in red; cover with minor soiling on reverse and embossed seal of Deane and Johnson, Cape Town, on the flap; colourful and scarce.
