A FRENCH OVAL GOLD AND ENAMEL LOCKET painted in the style of the Toutin family with the legend of Pyramus and Thisbe and Atlanta and the golden apples of the Hesperides, the sides with a stag hunt and figures in a landscape, the interior divided into quarters and painted with Cupid and inscription 'Amour trouve moyen', the base with a similar figure and inscription 'Jusques a la mort' (enamel chipped), circa 1650
