a handbook of statecraft aimed particularly at kings, Arabic manuscript on buff or russet paper, 123ff., each with 17ll. of strong black naskh, occasional words and phrases in red, red dots at the end of some lines, (some smudging and staining, repairs), written in more than one hand, maroon morocco binding with stamped gold medallion and pendants (slight scuffing, gold erased slightly on one board, repaired)
