AN INSET AND NIELLO SILVER AND GOLD HOOKAH MOUTHPIECE comprising a lower tubular shaft issuing six rounded small tubes forming an open sphere, rejoining again at the tapering curved mouthpiece, the silver carved with floral designs against a niello ground, the shaft with a gold band of inset alternating foiled red and green stones, a gold band of diamond inset trefoils above a band of turquoises above the central sphere, circa 19th century (very slight damage to niello inlay)
