107 fine costume portraits including subjects from India (8), Ceylon (4), China (20), Japan (24), Egypt (6), Morocco (2), West Indies (1), America (2), Roumania (4), Russia (6), Norway (16), Lapland (5), Sweden (6), Alsace (2) and the Tyrol (1). Also including views mostly from China, America, Egypt and Russia with four views of the First St. Columban Episcopal Church and Parsonage in Crieff, and a business card of Capt. Lay with a pencil drawing of HMS Duke of Badford sailing towards Bengal 1844 on verso. Thought to have been compiled by Lay and given to relations based in Crieff.
