Album of ninety-four gelatin silver prints and photographic postcards, sizes to approx. 6½ x 8½ in., each with manuscript chart giving station name, wavelength, power, miles from London, country and date received, many with postage stamps mounted alongside, photograph of a contemporary radio mounted as frontispiece, manuscript index bound in and copy of "World's Programmes" map with locations identified in ink on first page, cloth, sm. oblong 4to.

A fascinating record of the buildings and structures of 1930s radio in Europe, including interiors of studios, some with performers, masts, equipment and a few portraits. Locations range from Reykjavik to Moscow and Bucharest and include most Eastern and Western European countries.
