Château Palmer needs little or no introduction. After Château Margaux itself, Palmer though classified as 3rd cru classé, has the highest reputation of all the châteaux in the comparitively diffuse and wide spread Margaux district, and, notably in 1961 when it produced one of the greatest wines of this magnificent vintage, frequently outshines its peers in the Médoc. Lots 151, 163 to 167 are lying at Christie's Lots marked are offered duty-paid, but available in bond, the rest are offered duty-paid only
