(Occasional light spotting.) Contemporary green half morocco, gilt, t.e.g. (some damage caused by damp to cloth on covers).
A fine set of the Bernard Quaritch 1867 reissue. Volume I includes his inserted signed and dated contents leaf covering all four volumes. This leaf and the inserted Leyden titles are all on Whatman paper. The fourth or Nova Series volume is devoted to Orchids and includes 70 plates, 56 of them hand-coloured. Cf.
