Comprising plate numbers 87-265, and bis plates 244, 250 & 260 of birds (some misnumbered), plates XIV-LII of eggs, together 221 plates only, all original watercolour drawings by Lewin within stencilled border. (Some leaves slightly soiled). Contemporary diced russia (rubbed, slightly worn at extremities). Provenance: Joseph John Gurney (engraved booklabel).
