A PAIR OF THREE-LIGHT CANDELABRA modelled by James Hadley and painted in stained ivory and pale-apricot, each with a pair of children wearing Kate Greenaway style dress, standing and seated on mossy banks at the foot of sinuous tree-trunks issuing short twigs with clumps of foliage and fitted with three branchs terminating in leaf-moulded nozzles and drip-pans, one pair with the boy about to hit a frog with a stick whilst observed by his companion, the other with the boy descending from the branches and passing the girl a bird's nest (each with restoration to one nozzle and to foliage, restoration to boy bird-nester), impressed Hadley, impressed and purple printed marks, model numbers 1114, registration marks, date codes for 1887 and 1889
